It is surely good value. We greatly enjoyed rooms and people, the hotel has everything you need for christmas. Don't forget to visit nearby jimmy's cafe, they have best coffee ever...
The street outside is quite noisy.

the bed was great, after a long drive. we enjoyed everything of our stay there. the indoor pool worked like a charm in the heat.
